Imagine my luck when making scalloped potatoes last night, I came across this heart-shaped potato. Yes, a heart-shaped potato two days before Valentine's Day.
Scott and I generally don't buy for each other on Valentine's Day. I don't know why - it's just not that important for us to give or receive gifts on February 14th. But, boy won't he be in for a surprise tomorrow when he opens this potato!
HA! That's the best thing I ever heard of. It would have been cool if it were a RED skinned potato.
